Which AI tool is best for my business?
Usually the one you already pay for. Microsoft 365 businesses often have Copilot, Google Workspace includes Gemini, and many teams use ChatGPT or Claude. We help you get the most from what you have, and give honest advice if something else would suit you better.
Is Copilot worth it for a small business?
It can be, once people know how to use it. We suggest trying it with a few staff, training them properly, then deciding. That way you only pay for licences that earn their keep.
Do you train complete beginners?
Yes, most sessions start there. If you can send an email, you can do this. We go at your pace and keep it jargon free.
Can you run AI training at our office?
Yes, anywhere in Melbourne, or online if that suits better. Your team works on their own laptops with real tasks.
Do you work with businesses outside Melbourne?
Yes. We run live online sessions for teams anywhere in Australia, and they work just as well as in person. For larger teams we can also travel to you.
